    Application Process

      Company Registration

      Register a DRC entity (SARL or SA) with the RCCM (Trade Registry). Foreign companies must establish a local subsidiary.

      Technical Documentation

      Prepare geological surveys, feasibility studies, environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA).

      CAMI Application

      Submit application to the Cadastre Minier with all required technical and financial documentation.

    4. 4

      Environmental Approval

      Obtain environmental approval from the Agence Congolaise de l'Environnement (ACE).

    5. 5

      Community Consultation

      Conduct community consultations as required by the 2018 Mining Code. Develop community development plans.

      License Issuance

      Upon approval, pay applicable fees and receive mining title registered in the Mining Registry.
